The Aiphone IF-DA surface-mount door station works with an IE, TC-M, TD-H, or AX Series master intercom (sold separately) to enable audio communication with visitors. The station is powered by the system's central exchange unit (sold separately). Maximum wiring distance is 980 feet using Cat-5e wire. The housing is brown plastic, and it surface mounts to a single-gang box. Overall dimensions are 5-1/8 x 3-7/8 x 1-1/8 inches (H x W x D).
