Given our business nature and product versatility, it's the buyer's/end user's responsibility to ensure their final product doesn't infringe on copyrights/trademarks or have other legal limitations. Colorworks Creations LLC, our artists, or purchased artists won't be liable for trademark/copyright infringement violations or damages resulting from illegal or improper use. All designs remain our property or respective artists'. You're not permitted to scan/copy transfers, resell images digitally, upload to print-on-demand sites, or share with others.
