Gateway 1 Sportsman II 18" lightweight and sturdy all-around rubber boots for three-season use. • The top of the bootleg features an adjustable gusset that makes it easier to get into the boots, and then you can tighten the boots to sit more securely. The heel kicker enables you to remove the boot without too many Finnish curse words. One boot weighs c. 1 kg (size 43).
• The coarse rubber outsole tread pattern is called Field-sport. It gives you extra grip in muddy terrain, and the rubber is reinforced for extra durability. A fiberglass midsole gives stability to your foot and flexibility when it bends, ensuring that your foot doesn’t get as easily tired on long treks.
• The upper is made from a very strong vulcanized natural rubber compound known as G1 70. There is also an extra reinforcement at the top edge. The specially developed Coil lining pattern transports moisture effectively away from the foot and leg during sweaty activities.
